Tech Town’s first building, the Creative Technology Accelerator, is already 100% leased and is expected to open in May 2009. Construction of the campus’ second building is slated to begin in the summer of 2009 with a projected opening in 2011. Pre-leasing for space in Building 2 is now underway.
